INGREDIENTS

1 kg pork fillet (without bone)

150 g sour cream (20% milk fat)

100 - 150 g cow cheese

4 cloves of garlic

25 g butter

Oil

Salt

Pepper

Baked fillet

COOKING TIME 1 h
SERVES 4
  1. Cut the meat to about 1,5 cm thickness. Put a pinch of salt and pepper over it (to taste).
  2. Melt the butter in a frying dish, pour finely chopped garlic and then place the meat on it and fry the meat 10 minutes each side. Meat should be medium done.
  3. After frying, put the fillets in oiled dish, pour over the garlic in which they were fried in
  4. Onto every fillet place the mixture of one tablespoon of sour cream and a bit of cheese
  5. Bake in the oven for app 20 minutes on 200 C.
