INGREDIENTS

500 gr. of beans

4-5 middle-sized onions

2 carrots

1 raw pepper

Penny royal

Salt

Cooking oil

Red pepper

Tomato sauce

SERVES 4
  1. Soak the beans for about 2-3 hours, then pour out the water and add clean water.
  2. Boil it until it starts boiling, then change the water. When it starts boiling you should add the onion, the carrots and the pepper, finely chopped.
  3. Then you should add the salt. After the vegetables and the bean are boiled, you should add the tomato sauce, the penny royal and the parsley.
  4. Boil it for 5 minutes. If there’s water left, you should pour it out and smash it.
  5. Pour some oil on it, you can also add 1 more onion or leeks, add red pepper and eat it when it’s cold.
