pork belly

homemade spicy sausages

thyme

garlic

hot peppers

butter

salt

pepper

potatoes

Stuffed Pork Loin

COOKING TIME 2 h
SERVES 4
  1. Trim the pork loin
  2. Cut in small pockets for the bacon and sausages
  3. Marinate the meat with fresh thyme and garlic
  4. Cut some butter and generously massage it into the meat with your hands
  5. Fill the pork loin with sausages and bacon
  6. Wrap the pork loin in pork belly and tie it with string
  7. Add spices
  8. Place it in the oven together with the potatoes and white wine
  9. Cook it at 160C for two and a half hours
