Remove the skin from the leg and make several cuts on the meat with knife. In those „pockets“ place mixture made of sliced garlic, rosemary, pepper, salt and clove. Rub the meat with the rest of the mixture.
Rub half the quantity of olive oil into the meat and leave it for a few hours.
Rest of the olive oil pour into the baking dish, place the meat into it and bake it in the preheated oven on 180°C for about an hour. During this hour turn around meat several times and top it with the moist in which it is baked.
15 minutes before the end of baking increase the stove temperature on 220°C.
