Boil the unpeeled potatoes and then let them cool to room temperature.
Boil the eggs to be hard boiled.
Take the transparent dish (if you have one). Peel the potatoes and then grate them, lager pieces. Put a little bit of salt on it and then put 1 sour cream over it. Grate the ham over it and then put mayonnaise over the ham. Grate two whole eggs and an egg white from the third egg. Put ¾ of the Gouda cheese, grated, over it and then put 1 sour cream. Put the rest of the Gouda cheese over it and in the end grate the yolk from the third egg.
