INGREDIENTS

2 spoons of sunflower oil

2 spoons of yogurt

2 tea cups of water

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

Leaven as big as matchbox

Flour, as much as it could take

SERVES 8
  1. Sift the flour, make a “draw well”, pour the sunflower oil, the milk, the salt, the sugar and the dissolved in lukewarm water leaven, the water and knead the dough.
  2. Shape the bread and put inside it a well washed coin.
  3. On the top of the bread you can make ear of wheat, grapes, fruits, lambs and other figures from dough, that are related to the livelihood of the family.
  4. Bake it for approximately 30-40 minutes at 180⁰C.
