Cabbage rolls

INGREDIENTS

150 g carrots

1 sauerkraut

1 tea cup of rice

3 middle sized onions

½ cup tea cup of cooking oil

black pepper

savory

red pepper

salt

SERVES 6
  1. Separate the leaves from the cabbage.
  2. Stew the onions, finely chopped, the carrots (grated) and the rice.
  3. Fry it in ½ cup grease, pour lukewarm water until the rice swell and add black pepper, savory and salt to taste.
  4. Fill the cabbage rolls with this mixture, arrange them in a saucepan and boil them.
  5. At the end, sprinkle them with red pepper and put the rest of the cooking oil.
