This is a sophisticated version of a very simple Hungarian dessert.
Fried goat cheese served on sautéed spinach, green onion, fresh mushrooms and pumpkin.
Make sure there is nothing else open in the fridge that could absorb the onion smell
Cook the steaks for about an hour on a medium temperature
Roll them in icing sugar as soon as you remove them from the oven
Fill the bowls with stock and put them in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before serving
Rub half the quantity of olive oil into the meat and leave it for a few hours
